Infuse 2.5 grams per 8 oz of water at 175° F for 3 to 6 minutes. For multiple infusions, reinfuse at the same temperature and double the infusion time.

If you’re looking for a break from stronger tasting teas like earl grey or chai, this is it! It doesn’t overpower your taste buds, but it imparts definite floral notes. I was pleasantly surprised by the floral scent as you bring the tea to your nose to drink it! It’s a very sophisticated tea that is subtle but complex at the same time. I was surprised that it had only one ingredient - organic white tea! Most teas lean on other ingredients/flavorings to enhance the flavor but not this one! The flavor of the white tea leaves really shine here.
