Steeping Instructions
Infuse 2.5 grams per 8 oz of water at 212° F for 5 to 7 minutes if drinking plain. If you will be adding milk and sugar, For multiple infusions, reinfuse at the same temperature and double the infusion time.

This is one of my favorite teas. I live in Washington State, where we have tons of apples, so the tea with its apple, cardamom and clove flavors really pair well with any apple-based desserts or pastries I make. Each cup is refreshing and tastes great whether warm or iced!
