Steeping Instructions
Infuse 2.5 grams per 8 oz of water at 212° F for 3 to 5 minutes if drinking plain. If you will be adding milk and sugar, infuse for 5 to 7 minutes. For multiple infusions, reinfuse at the same temperature and double the infusion time.

I steeped the leaves for 4 minutes at 205°F, and the aroma filled my kitchen with pure comfort. Blended with organic black tea, cinnamon, ginger, fennel, cardamom (pods + seeds), cloves, and black pepper.
It’s smooth, gently spiced, and grounding — the kind of cup that helps you slow down and savor the moment. I like my chai blends slightly sweetened so I add a tsp of brown sugar and it softens it just a bit. I love the warmth and cozy cardamom notes highlighted in this blend.

This tea had a smooth, rich, and rounded flavor with no bitterness and a delicately balanced blend of sweet and spicy notes. It was a bit cardamom forward, but the other spices played beautifully in the background. It had a gentle hint of fennel that I really enjoyed. This was great on its own but held up well to milk. This chai was so warm and comforting and so delicious. Highly recommend!
