Steeping Instructions
Infuse 2.5 grams per 8 oz of water at 212° F for 3 to 5 minutes if drinking plain. If you will be adding milk and sugar, infuse for 5 to 7 minutes. For multiple infusions, reinfuse at the same temperature and double the infusion time.

As someone who grew up drinking black tea, this hits close to home. It’s bold yet smooth on its own; however it’s a great base for adding flavors of your choice to make any type of specialized black tea. Since it’s hot in the South, I brew this tea and turn it into an amazing iced beverage. The fact that it’s organic makes the experience even better.

The Birdsong Golden Assam tea was fantastic. The flavor of the tea is rich with a little bit of warm earthy tones, while still drinks smooth leaving a very delicious flavor. The smell and rich color of the tea adds to the experience, definitely one of my favorites!

I had no idea how bad tea bags were compared to the real stuff! This is a really good tea with both a bold and rich flavor. You can tell how high quality the tea leaves are from just the smell. I personally like drinking this to end my night without cream and sugar. Extremely refreshing to drink and would highly recommend.
