Infuse 2.5 grams per 8 oz of water at 185° F for 3 to 5 minutes. For multiple infusions, reinfuse at the same temperature and double the infusion time.

Love it!!
The moment you open the packet, you know this tea is going to be good – the aroma of the berries with a hint of green tea works very well!! Being a green tea drinker myself (I spent part of my life in Japan), this was an enjoyable tea as it tastes familiar but very unique!

So well crafted!
I really enjoyed this tea! It is well blended to ensure that no particular flavour dominates, and that all can be enjoyed. Light and refreshing without sugar, but I do think a small bit would enhance it, as well. Once again, well done to Birdsong!

floral with warm spiced notes
Wonderful floral tea with deeper spiced notes. This one I cold brewed due to the hot weather and enjoyed with a bit of honey.
