Steeping Instructions

Infuse 2.5 grams per 8 oz of water at 212° F for 3 to 5 minutes if drinking plain. If you will be adding milk and sugar, infuse for 5 to 7 minutes. For multiple infusions, reinfuse at the same temperature and double the infusion time.

So tasty!

Nutty Chai with Coconut Flabors is Amazing
What I love about Birdsong Tea is that is that they have so many varieties of chai blends that I'd never heard of before. I tried this one and was amazed by how well the coconut and cardamom paired so well together. The tea is light and refreshing and goes great with milk and a little bit of honey.
