Steeping Instructions
Infuse 2.5 grams per 8 oz of water at 212° F for 3 to 5 minutes if drinking plain. If you will be adding milk and sugar, infuse for 5 to 7 minutes. For multiple infusions, reinfuse at the same temperature and double the infusion time.

This tea has really good flavor and is very refreshing to drink. I usually let it infuse/steep for 5 minutes in hot water and drink it without cream or sugar. It is extremely smooth.

When you open this particular package ..what strikes you first is the leaves are all intact and very fragrant. When you steep it, the leaves unfurl to create a deeply flavorful tea. Anyone familiar with black teas will immediately notice the top quality of the tea leaves.
